("MİKROMAN MADEN" or "Company") we hereby ask for your explicit consent regarding the matters detailed below in regard of processing of your personal data in our capacity as the data controller, excluding the cases subject to exception according to the Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection publicised on the Official Gazette Issue No. 29677 of 07 April 2016 (the "Law") and the relevant legislations;
Please be warned that according to the purpose of personal data processing and to the reasonable and limited extent related to this purpose as specified under relevant provisions of the Law your personal data will be recorded, stored, protected, rearranged and maintained in the accurate and most current form provided to our company by yourself or others, and that your personal data may be processed, transmitted and transferred by MİKROMAN MADEN to domestic shareholders, business partners, suppliers and/or third parties for purposes including, in addition to what is detailed above;
Management of Analysis Processes;
Ensuring Personnel Diversity;
Management of Employee Candidate Application Processes;
Planning of Human Resources Processes;
Management of Interview Processes;
Management of Business Activities; and
Management of Communication Activities.
This explicit content statement is drawn in regard of personal data processing under explicit consent, outside the circumstances specified under Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection, and more detailed information regarding this matter can be found in the clarification text and our data processing policy provided in return of wet signature.
Your personal data (Name, Surname, National Identification Number, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Signature, Contact Address, Address of Residence, E-mail address (KEP, etc.), GSM Number, Home Phone Number, Resume Information, Position Information, Photograph, Military Service Status, Reference Information, Diploma Information, Received Courses and Certificates, On-the-Job Training Information) may be requested in order to fulfil relevant purposes and legal requirements limited to those detailed herein to ensure a better work environment for personnel candidates and in scope of the legal obligations arising under the Law and applicable legislations, and these personal data may be stored in MİKROMAN MADEN data storage environments according to the purposes detailed herein.
Your personal data collected for personnel candidate hiring procedures are processed by MİKROMAN MADEN in accord with provisions of Article 5, Subparagraph 2/c of Law No. 6698 regarding necessity of data processing for execution or performance of a contract and Article 5, Subparagraph 2/f of the same regarding processing of personal data in scope of legitimate interests of the data controller without damaging fundamental rights and freedoms of the data owner, and this processing is performed in scope of the own business activities of MİKROMAN MADEN.
In this context I hereby explicitly agree and consent;
I have read and understood the MİKROMAN MADEN Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy, that I am aware of my rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, that the data controller may process my personal data specified above gathered in verbal, written or electronic environment for the processing purposes I have given consent for to a limited and reasonable extent;
That I am aware my explicit consent was not requested under any legal requirement or as basis for execution/performance of any contract, that I am aware my explicit consent is not based on any mandatory data processing requirement, that I am aware my explicit consent is related to my personal choices and is not related to my exclusion of any activity or service in case I refuse to give explicit consent;
That my personal data may be shares with business partners, company units, shareholders, real and legal bodies, business partners, associations, group companies and suppliers of MİKROMAN MADEN; and
